Terms of use

Tobelocal is a service which is accessible for members through the internet. It is not possible to register without accepting the conditions.

Definitions

  1. Tobelocal is a service of PlanIt Works, accessible for members.
  2. Members are registered users of tobelocal.

Access and registration

  1. The membership is personal and is not transferable.
  2. Every member has a username and password. These are confidential and should not be shared with others. Tobelocal can not be held responsible for the loss of username and / or password by a member.
  3. If a user misuses or distributes this data, tobelocal has the right to end a membership without notification.
  4. A member can be held responsible for use of his registration data by others and for acts or statements that are made using his or her account. If a member has a reason to assume that his registration data is used by another member tobelocal should be informed immediately.
  5. tobelocal has the right to refuse members.

Use

  1. You will not use tobelocal for any for illegal acts, for acts that are against common accepted values and standards or for committing punishable deed.
  2. You will not use information of other members for any other purpose including passing on this information to others with the purpose of sending these members mailings, spam or junk mail.
  3. You will not be obscene in your communication with other members. Tobelocal checks every profile and will alter profiles which do not comply with the philosophy of the site.
  4. Tobelocal has the right to alter, without notification, messages, pictures, profiles of members if they do not comply with the philosophy of the tobelocal site.

Privacy

  1. Tobelocal will not pass on any contact information of a member.
  2. You will provide honest and accurate information about yourself.
  3. You agree that you are personally responsible for everything you publish on the tobelocal site, including your interaction with other members.
  4. You declare that you will not pretend to be someone else than you are. This includes pretending to be a representative of tobelocal.
  5. You will not use tobelocal to promote services or goods or use the site for commercial purposes.
  6. Messages that are exchanged between members are considered as private information by tobelocal. These messages will only be accessed by tobelocal administrators to investigate complaints of other members or to ensure that members comply with the terms of use.
  7. Any publication of personal information is voluntary. It will be used to improve matching locals with each other. All information except contact information is accessible to other members.
  8. Tobelocal advises you to restrain with the exchange of contact information until you feel that it is safe to do so.

Termination

  1. A membership can be terminated any moment. If you want to terminate your membership this can be done through the website
  2. If a member does not comply with one or more conditions of tobelocal or if a member acts against legal regulation Tobelocal has the right to terminate the membership immediately without being liable.
  3. A membership can be terminated as a result of repeated sustained complaints to tobelocal by other members of disturbing behaviour.

Liability and warranty

  1. tobelocal is obliged to make an effort for reliable security. However Tobelocal can not be held responsible for any damage to members or others that is a result of insufficient security.
  2. tobelocal can not be held responsible for incorrect statements that were done by other members. Therefore it is important to take precautions when meeting with another member. Tobelocal can not be held responsible for meetings between members on the website or meetings between members or others as a result of the use of the tobelocal site and the corresponding services.
  3. Tobelocal can not be held responsible for the stalking of members by others, members or non-members.

Concluding
